Colouration was proud to support the launch of My Little CoCo’s new product range by producing sustainable semi-permanent FSDUs as well as permanent shelf trays.
Founded by Rochelle Humes, ‘My Little Coco’ is lovingly made to be the simplest and softest of formulas for little ones’ delicate skin and hair. The brand needed striking permanent and semi-permanent point of sale materials to raise customer awareness for a new product range.
We used Sustain™ to calculate the most sustainable solution for the semi-permanent display units. Specifically developed for the Point of Purchase industry, POPAI’s eco-design indicator measures up to six versions of a project and discovers the environmental impacts.
Sustain™ generates a score for products and packaging separately, based on a number of criteria including design, materials & processes, supply chain, delivery logistics and end of life.
By sourcing 100% recycled cardboard, the semi- permanent FSDU’s scored very well across a number of Sustain’s criteria. We also utilised our ISO 14001 certified cardboard engineering technology to minimise waste and conserve energy throughout the manufacturing process.
Both the semi-permanent FSDUs and permanent shelf trays were manufactured at our huge 35,000 sq. foot Greater London production house, which is built for capacity.
In 2020 Colouration partnered with Positive to form POSITIVE+. By bringing the two companies together we can offer our clients an even wider range of creative solutions, with more capacity for larger projects, as well as access to the most sustainable design and manufacturing practices.
