SALES PROFESSIONAL

We are seeking a creative, passionate and dedicated Sales Professional to develop profitable new business through the Positive Print Group’s range of products and services, with a particular focus on our large format and direct mail solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets for new business, developing new customers and opening new market segments in line with our strategic direction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving deal acquisition and performance targets;
  • Converting and managing sales opportunities and leads;
  • Contacting prospects (via F2F, telephone, email and social) & pitching exciting marketing opportunities.
  • Dealing with objections and negotiating in order to secure the contract;
  • Agreeing commercial terms and securing key information;
  • Reporting on pipeline performance, identifying challenges and offering solutions; and
  • Feeding back on improvements to sales materials, processes and anything else which improves efficiency and scale.


  • Demonstrable experience of working in a high-achieving sales environment within Print, Direct Mail & Large format industry;
  • Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations, which demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders;
  • Collaborative, team-oriented player with drive to contribute to individual and group results;
  • Established contact base within appropriate institutions; and
  • Well-developed IT skills, notably MS PowerPoint & Excel and CRM systems.

This is a full-time permanent role that is immediately available for the successful applicant.
